Q: What locations do you serve?
A: We are based out of Eau Claire, WI, but we can travel within one hour of Eau Claire. Reach out to us about your event location to see if we can work with you.
Q: What is the damage deposit and will it be returned to me?
A: It is a deposit that secures the items you are booking. The amount is a standard amount no matter what the rented items are. As long as nothing is returned damaged it will be returned to you within a few days after your event.
Q: What is the custom calligraphy?
A: We have a couple different options. We can either customize one of our mirrors with a custom vinyl, or we can customize a PDF for you. Common pdf designs are for a guest book table, card box, bar menu, etc.
Q: Where is pick up and drop off?
A: Pick up and drop off will be based out of Eau Claire. If you need your items delivered to your events, reach out to us in the contact form.
Q: When is pick up and drop off?
A; Pick up and drop off are within 1-2 days before and after your event.
